Add The Drops

Add 1–2 drops of the peppermint activator to the salts. Close the lid and give it a shake.

Step 02 · Waft

Keep Your Distance

Open carefully and hold the jar 1–2 inches below your nose. Waft the vapor toward you — never inhale directly from the jar. A single waft is plenty.

Step 03 · Reseal

Seal It Back Up
